The hotel is conveniently located near the Wandsbeker-Chaussee or Wandsbek Markt stations, making it easy to access both the city center and the central train station Hauptbahnhof. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a cozy place to rest after a day of exploring. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning before heading out for the day. there are various restaurants within walking distance, offering a wide variety of dining options.
One downside is that the hotel may experience noise from the busy street outside, which could potentially disturb guests' sleep.

The staff was very knowledgeable and provided useful information on getting around the city. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the metro station and just in front of one of the main bus terminals. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit various attractions. there are many shops and restaurants nearby, making it a perfect location for dining and shopping. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with great views of the city. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and the complimentary espresso in the lobby. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

I had a surprisingly pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were warm, clean, and comfortable, with a big bathroom and no ventilation system, which made for a peaceful and undisturbed night's sleep. The hotel's attention to detail was evident with a complimentary bottle of water and a coffee machine in the lobby. Plus, its location near the metro station was extremely convenient for exploring the city.
Everything was absolutely fine.
